12U Development Program

prjk+ baseball

prjk+ baseball

A focused 12U travel team. Real coaching, structured development, and a year that ends at Cooperstown All Star Village in August 2027. Practices in Huntington Beach. Players welcome from anywhere.

The Program

What is prjk+ baseball

A focused, year-long 12U travel program built around 11–12 right-fit families, a D1-caliber head coach, and one bucket-list destination at the end of the season.

A Roster of 12

12 players, 12 families, chosen for talent, character, and how they show up.

One Full Year

Fall 2026 through Cooperstown in August 2027. Same kids. Same families. Same destination.

Cooperstown Bound

The year is about getting better. Cooperstown is the trip that makes it unforgettable.

Baseball Players

Kids who genuinely love this game and want to keep playing well beyond 12U.

Proudly sponsored by the prjk+ restaurant group Sea Legs HB House Sea Salt Huntington Beach's beachfront destinations

The Reason

Why this exists

What this team is about

  • Practice is where development happens. The work that makes players better gets done in the cage and on the field every week.
  • Multi-position skill matters. Kids who play three spots well at 12U are the ones who keep starting when high school rosters get cut.
  • The bar is high school baseball, not 12U trophies. Nobody at any high-level program cares about a player's tournament results from age 12. They care about IQ, fundamentals, and who can hit when it counts.
  • Kids who love the game and families who embrace the process. Wins take care of themselves when the development is right.

How we run it

  • A roster of 12 players and 12 families who make each other better
  • A D1-caliber head coach focused entirely on development
  • A dedicated GM handling all operations and communication
  • Three structured practices a week on a real development calendar
  • 12U is when the foundation gets built. We're starting here and building forward.
The Head Coach

A coach who actually played.

The Experience

What your family gets

D1 Head Coach

Three practices per week and two tournaments per month led by a D1 shortstop with elite coaching credentials.

Speed, Agility & Athleticism

Part of every practice, not a separate session. Athleticism gets coached on the same schedule as fielding and hitting.

Weekly Cage Work

A batting cage session every week, on the schedule. Hitting takes more reps than a Saturday tournament gives you.

Full GM Operations

Scheduling, logistics, parent comms, tournament registration: all handled. You don't have to chase a Venmo group or read 200 GroupMe messages a week.

Automated Billing

All payments processed automatically. No chasing, no Venmo, no checks. Set it and forget it.

The Right 12

The other 11 families on this team get picked with the same care as your kid. Teammates' parents end up being your closest baseball friends of the year.

The Calendar

A full year. One destination.

Fall Season

  • 3 structured practices per week including a weekly batting cage session
  • Field practices with Coach Sebastian
  • Speed, agility, and athleticism work layered into practice

Spring & Summer

  • Field practice and small-group cage sessions stay on the calendar
  • Spring training trip to Arizona (Perfect Game / Triple Crown)
  • July tune-up tournaments before Cooperstown
THE FINALE

Cooperstown

AUG 4–10, 2027

All Star Village, Week 11. A bucket-list trip for any baseball family.

  • 7 guaranteed games + skills competition
  • Bunkhouse housing, 3 meals/day, laundry service
  • Under Armour jerseys, warm-up jacket, championship ring
  • Baseball Hall of Fame visit + opening parade of teams
  • 75–100 custom team trading pins per player

The goal is simple: keep these kids developing, playing together, and peaking for Cooperstown in August. Families who want to continue into 13U will have that option.

Not a Business
This is a passion project, not a for-profit travel program. Family fees fund coaching staff, supplemental coaches and programming, fields, tournaments, and the Cooperstown trip.
Track Record
The team manager has previously run 13U and 14U travel programs whose players are all on the roster at Huntington Beach High School and other competitive high school teams.
